Pt. 4: How to stay true to your values | MENTOR EARTH program

In part 3 of this blog series I unashamedly teased you with the idea.  I promised you a simple tool that supports you to live a life that is driven from within, by your internal world rather than the external world.

I admitted that I tend to be easily influenced by others and that I use this tool to remind myself of my own values. As a result, I'm better able to align my goals and actions with who I am and who I want to be. Plus, I'm not as easily swayed by other peoples' opinions.

This tool helped me stick to my values. That has become crucial since starting the online business. Because that's when I encountered a new challenge: I need, and want to, make sales because I want to sell my products that I produced with a lot of blood, sweat and tears – and that I believe are of high value to you.

The only way I accept making sales is one where I don’t have to compromise my integrity.

My highest values are: authenticity, honesty (with others AND myself), kindness, diligence and good communication, deep experiences and true connection.

The question I had to ask myself was: How can my necessary actions (sales strategies) stay aligned with my values and purpose (to live in harmony with Earth, myself and others, and to inspire others, too, through education)?

Here's the reveal: The idea, the tool, is the CORE TO CRUST template. Simply put, the CTC template depicts Earth's layers. For the purpose of this model, these layers represent your internal layers.

Inside MENTOR EARTH, in a first step, you will learn about the Earth's formation and its layers from a geoscientific point of view. Following that, you're introduced to the CORE TO CRUST template, will be able to download your personal copy, and will receive a thorough explanation.
